Wow. This snow is great but I am ready to get back to school. Yesterday was amayzing, I felt like I was back in the East again. Yesterday I attempted to ride to work and it was an ordial. The cars were having a much harder time than I was. This all before I knew school was cancelled. There is nothing like a snow day in January to reflect and measure your life.

The Last cross race was at Horning's Hideaway. This was a very hard race The course was hilly and it felt like I was riding under water and I could only come up for air every third minute. This was only fun when the race was over. Many many people finished in front of me, but it was still fun. This week is the Halloween race at the Flying M Ranch. I have to figure out a constant.



Since the Alpenrose race I had two more races. I raced at Barlow High School and it was really hard because there was a steep runup and at Hillsboro Statium off of route 26. Unfortunately, I had a flat in the Hillsboro race or I would have done much better. It rained a lot at Hillsboro and I loved the rain.


I had my first bike race this weekend at Alpenrose Dairy and it was dry and fast. I am just glad that I made it through the first race without falling.
