| 1. | Attend an information session (see dates/times below). |
| 2. | Pick up and complete an MLC application packet (available at information sessions, from the MLC Registrar, or from the MLC main office). Submit to MLC Registrar.

| Students and their families are required to attend one of our scheduled information programs. We want you to make a thoughtful and informed decision to attend our school. Reservations are not necessary for
